As a tutor at Success Prep Education Center, Gloria helps students build strong foundations in reading, writing, critical thinking, and communication. Her background in Political Science and public policy enables her to guide students in developing analytical skills, improving reading comprehension, and crafting clear, organized written work. She is particularly passionate about helping students strengthen their English Language Arts skills while building confidence in academic discussions and presentations.
Gloria is also actively involved in Model United Nations programs, where she continues to develop her expertise in diplomacy, research, negotiation, and public speaking. These experiences allow her to bring real-world perspectives into her teaching while encouraging students to become thoughtful, informed, and engaged learners.
Known for her supportive and encouraging teaching style, Gloria creates a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing ideas, and challenging themselves academically. She believes that every student has unique strengths and strives to help each learner reach their full potential.
Outside of academics, Gloria enjoys visiting museums, reading, and exploring history, culture, and current events. Her intellectual curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning inspire the students she works with and reinforce her dedication to education and personal growth.
