Leah is a dedicated tutor with two years of experience, committed to fostering academic growth and confidence in her students. Her journey in education began as a GED private tutor from June 2022 to June 2023, where she guided students through preparation for this critical examination. Since October 2023, she has been a valued member of Success Prep Education Center (SPEC), tutoring students from 2nd to 7th grade, as well as those preparing for the GED and Duolingo tests.
Currently a sophomore at LaGuardia Community College majoring in Computer Science, Leah brings a strong foundation in math, technology, and critical thinking to her tutoring sessions. She also serves as a Student Success Mentor at LaGuardia, helping fellow college students achieve their academic and personal goals. Her approach to tutoring is rooted in patience, encouragement, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. Leah is passionate about supporting students in their educational journeys and helping them unlock their full potential.
