With over a decade of tutoring experience, Kenneth is one of our most skilled and experienced tutors at SPEC. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where he developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


Kenneth specializes in SHSAT and SAT preparation, leveraging his expertise to guide numerous students toward academic success. His SHSAT tutoring has enabled dozens of students to secure admissions into prestigious schools like Stuyvesant and Brooklyn Technical High School. Combining targeted exam strategies with comprehensive content review, Kenneth ensures his students are well-prepared and confident on test day. 


When Kenneth was preparing for his SAT exam, he started with a score of 1450 out of 2400. In just one summer of hard work and dedication, Kenneth improved his score to 2050, showcasing his deep understanding of the exam's intricacies and effective test-taking techniques, which he now imparts to his students. Known for his personalized tutoring approach, Kenneth adapts to each student's unique learning styles and needs, maximizing their potential. He has mastered the new D-SAT (Digital SAT) format and developed innovative strategies to prepare students thoroughly for success in this updated testing environment.


Furthermore, Kenneth brings his extensive tutoring experience to support English language learners (ELLs) preparing for tests such as the TOEFL and IELTS. With a patient and personalized approach, Kenneth focuses on strengthening language skills essential for success in these exams.
