Success Prep Education Center’s 2026 Summer Academic Program has officially come to a successful close!
Held from July 7 through August 21, 2026, our summer program provided students with a structured and engaging academic environment to strengthen their English, Math, reading, writing, and problem-solving skills before the new school year.
Located in Elmhurst, Queens, Success Prep Education Center is proud to support students and families throughout Queens and the surrounding New York City communities with academic enrichment and test preparation programs.
A Successful Summer of Learning
Throughout the six-week Summer Academic Program, students participated in daily lessons, practice activities, and teacher-guided instruction designed to reinforce important academic skills and prepare them for the upcoming school year.
Our goal was not simply to keep students academically active during the summer, but to help them build stronger foundations, improve confidence, and develop effective learning habits that they can carry into the next school year.
Key Areas of Focus
Students worked on key areas including:
English and Reading Comprehension
Writing and Grammar
Mathematics
Problem-Solving Skills
Academic Vocabulary
Test-Taking Strategies
Independent Learning Skills
We are proud of the dedication our students demonstrated throughout the program and grateful to our teachers, staff, and families who helped make the summer program a success.
Preparing Students for the 2026–2027 School Year
The end of summer does not mean the end of academic preparation. In fact, the beginning of the school year is an excellent time for students to establish strong academic routines and address any areas where they may need additional support.
At Success Prep Education Center, we offer several programs designed to help students stay on track throughout the school year.
State Test Prep for Grades 3–8
Our State Test Prep Program helps elementary and middle school students strengthen their ELA and Math skills while becoming more familiar with the types of questions and skills tested on New York State assessments.
Starting preparation early can give students more time to identify areas for improvement, practice important concepts, and build confidence before testing season.
Parents looking for academic support in Queens can contact Success Prep Education Center to learn more about our upcoming State Test Prep program.
Private Group Tutoring
For families looking for a more focused learning environment, our Private Group Tutoring Program provides students with additional academic support in a smaller group setting.
Private group tutoring can be particularly helpful for students who benefit from:
More individualized teacher attention
Targeted instruction
Additional practice
Flexible academic support
Small-group learning
Extra reinforcement of challenging concepts
Whether your child needs help catching up, wants to strengthen foundational skills, or is looking to stay ahead academically, our private group tutoring options can be tailored to meet different learning needs.
What Comes After Summer?
As the 2026 Summer Academic Program comes to an end, we encourage parents to think ahead about their child's academic goals for the upcoming school year.
Don't wait until the middle of the school year to address academic challenges. Starting early can give students the time and support they need to build confidence and develop stronger skills.
If your child participated in our Summer Program, now is a great time to continue that momentum into the fall. If your child did not attend our summer program, it's not too late to get started.
